Spicy Black Bean Guacamole
{Vegan, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian}

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and cored

  • 1-1/2 cups of black beans, rinsed

  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 chipotle pepper - seeds removed for less heat

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha

  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt

Instructions

  1. Place avocados and black beans in a large bowl and mash until large pieces are broken up, but it's ok to keep a few chunks. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and serve!
